Our latest completed project was for the Northern Melbourne Institute Of Technology,at their ''Yarra House'' project, Fairfield Campus, Yarra Bend Road,Fairfield.

This site was formerly the nurse's quarters for the old Fairfield Infectious Diseases Hospital, and the site was swapped for the Commonwealth Games Village approx. 12 years ago. 4 years ago this site was saved from demolition, when it was decided to restore and refurbish this heritage listed building and turn it into a student accommodation complex.

We successfully tendered for the design, manufacture, delivery and installation of 144 special sized, wall mounted ,fold away beds,with matching cabinetry, and after many weeks of consultation with senior N.M.I.T project managers, we produced a far, far superior bed compared to the prototype supplied to us.

 

The completed ''Yarra House'' project is,[ despite severe space limitations] a magnificent example of restoring an abandonded, derelict structure into a magnificent , amazing,beautiful icon, to be enjoyed by future generations.
